Rachel was born and raised in Burien and graduated from Mt. Rainier High School, which makes her an authentic, full-time, home-grown, lifelong citizen of TWOSA (The World South of Seattle).

Her entire family lives here, and since they are her favorite people in the world, she really can't think of any reason to live anywhere else. Except for Disneyland, where she has gone every year of her life since she was nine years old. It's her second-favorite place in the world. Rachel is married and the proud mother of five children who also -no surprise- love going to Disneyland. Although she is trained as a stylist, Rachel has also worked in office management so her job at Serenza gives her the perfect opportunity to merge her love of beauty and fashion with her organizational skills. But the thing she likes most about her job is greeting all the beautiful people as they arrive and then helping them book new appointments as they leave, looking even more beautiful than they did when they came in.
